Who we are
Customz is the custom PC building business of Beersheba Well, based in Penang, Malaysia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through customz.my and how we use it, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia.
What we collect
- Enquiries: the name, email address, subject, message and any file you send through our contact form.
- Orders: your billing and delivery details, order history and contact details when you buy from us.
- Payments: card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: basic information such as your browser and IP address, which our hosting and security tools use to keep the site running and safe.
How we use it
We use your data to reply to your enquiries, to build, deliver and support your order, to provide warranty service, to keep tax and accounting records, and to keep the site secure.
Cookies
We use essential cookies that keep your cart, checkout and account working. At the time of writing we do not run advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this page first.
Who we share it with
Only with providers we need to run the business: our payment provider, delivery couriers, and our hosting and email services. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
