If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as you can and we will work with you to put it right. Please do not send anything back before we have agreed the next step with you.
Custom builds are made to order, so the terms for change of mind, faulty items and warranty repair are confirmed with you when your build is agreed. Your statutory consumer rights under Malaysian law are not affected.
