About these terms
By using customz.my or placing an order you agree to these terms. In these terms, Customz means Customz by Beersheba Well, based in Penang, Malaysia.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Models shown on the site are examples of what we build. For a custom build, the final specification, price and timeline are confirmed with you before you pay.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it to you. Custom builds are made to order, so we agree the specification with you first. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Warranty and support
Customz builds carry a 2 year warranty on parts and labour, and lifetime support from our team. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, liquids, unauthorised modification or normal wear.
Problems with an order
If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will work with you to put it right. Your statutory consumer rights under Malaysian law are not affected by these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Customz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data stored on a computer. We recommend you back up your data before sending a system to us for service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
